How To Enroll A Student

Students that are new to the district and will be attending Shepherd High School  will need to have the following information in order to register. Parent or legal guardian must be present with the student.

Students enrolling in grades 9 though 12 need to bring the following:

 

  • Birth certificate
  • Social Security Card
  • Updated Shot Records
  • Proof of current residency- Must have physical address (Utility bill, tax receipt, 911 letter, lease agreement, rent receipt, voting registration, etc). All items must be current. No P.O. Box addresses will be accepted as proof.
  • Copy of Driver’s License of person enrolling student
  • Students that are new to the district need to bring final report card or a transcript from previous school.

**If student does not reside with legal parent/guardian a district resident must show legal court documents showing legal custody of the child.**
